EMERGENT ACADEMY MUSIC THEATRE COURSES
At Emergent Academy performers train in all disciplines of support the development as a Triple Threat performers. Learners participate in acting, vocal and all genres of dance. Subjects include Technical Singing, Scene to Song, Musical Theatre solo and ensemble choreography, music theory, business and brand building and audition techniques. Certificate III and Certificate IV can be studied in conjunction with secondary studies.

CUA30220 CERTIFICATE III IN C.DANCE, THEATRE & EVENTS
(MUSICAL THEATRE)
This qualification is an intermediate qualification that allows learners to develop technical skills and knowledge to prepare for work in the live performance industry and prepare the learner for further learning and full time qualifications. This course is applied with a performance stream and as such extends the learner in vocal, performance, acting and dance. This qualification is delivered in partnership with ATOD RTO: 31624
Suitable Applicants:
- Australian Citizen
- Minimum 15 years of age or Year 10
- Displaying practical abilities suited to a Certificate III standard
CUA40520 CERTIFICATE IV IN MUSICAL THEATRE
This qualification reflects individuals aiming to prepare for the world of musical theatre. It is a demanding course extending individual learners in a variety of genres in both theoretical and practical applications to an advanced standard. Learners become triple threats with exposure and learning in all acting, vocal and dance applications. Learners can venture into the world or extend their training with the Diploma in Musical Theatre. Learners have the option of studying over two years on a part time basis. This qualification is delivered in partnership ATOD RTO: 31624

- Australian Citizen,
- Minimum 16 years of age or Year 11
- Displaying practical abilities suited to a Certificate IV standard. It is highly favourable that Certificate IV students have past experience in dance
